In March 1996 Rabbi Peretz & Chavi Chein moved to Cheadle,
as emissaries of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, to dedicate their time and efforts
to the entire Jewish community, and have established the Chai Network
in August 2000.
During these years, Chai has developed to the point where it is an established strong contributor to Jewish life in the area, creating opportunities for people to express their Judaism in positive, joyous and meaningful ways.

The Chai Network is a UK registered Charity
and is one of the 3,000 Chabad Lubavitch centers worldwide.
